MRO Manuguru Addresses Citizens on New MeeSeva Services

The MRO of Manuguru announced that several services previously available only through manual processes are now accessible online via MeeSeva. Citizens are encouraged to utilize these services for faster and more efficient administrative processes.

New Services Available Through MeeSeva:

  1. Gap Certificate – Revenue Department:
    Issued to students to certify a gap period between educational courses or to confirm a break in education.
  2. Name Change – Revenue Department:
    This service allows citizens to apply for changes or corrections in their names.
  3. Local Candidate Certificate – Revenue Department:
    Certifies whether a person is local to a place. Useful for recruitment and educational admissions.
  4. Minority Certificate – Revenue Department:
    Certifies that an individual belongs to a minority community. Essential for availing government schemes, scholarships, and reservations.
  5. Reissuance of Certificates (Income & Caste) – Revenue Department:
    Allows reissuance of Income or Caste Certificates within one year of issuance.
  6. Creamy and Non-Creamy Layer Certificates – Revenue Department:
    Used to determine the socio-economic status of individuals in the BC category, distinguishing between higher economic groups (Creamy Layer) and others (Non-Creamy Layer).
  7. Senior Citizens Maintenance Cases Monitoring System:
    Aims to address issues of neglect or abuse of elderly individuals, ensuring timely intervention and support.
  8. Compensation for Human/Cattle Kill by Wild Animals – Forest Department:
    Provides financial support to individuals affected by wild animal attacks.
  9. Sawmill/Timber Depot Fresh & Renewal – Forest Department:
    Facilitates the application for fresh licenses and renewals for sawmills and timber depots.

The MRO emphasized that citizens should take full advantage of these streamlined services to save time and effort.
